Building Maintenance Unit-Roof Trolley
The Ultimate Permanent Roof-Mounted Suspended Access
This comprises of a chasis running on a steel or concrete track with a jib suspending a cradle thus giving full access to the facades.
Monorail Systems
Flexible Suspended Access for Complex Building Façades
This comprises of an aluminum monorail anchored to the building with galvanized steel brackets. A motorized or manual trolley is attached for transverse movements from which a cradle is attached giving full access to the facades.
Davit Systems
Simple & Adaptable Solutions for Suspended Façade Access
This is a manual system consisting of a pole (davit) anchored on concrete bases on the slab or the parapet wall. The davit suspends the cradle giving full access.
